A child stares intently and curiously at a drawing of Charlie Chaplin while his parent ushers him away.
The artist continues unaware of his audience, seemingly in his own world, bringing Charlie Chaplin to life. He refers to a well marked reference diagram, held in position by his left hand, that correlates the pavement squares to a draft drawing of Charlie Chaplin.
Note: I’ve left this project aside for over 2 months now. Revisiting this photo the other day, completing the caption, made me realise there are quite a few elements here that work together well and there is a story to be told. I am going to get back into it.
